Powder coating
Powder coating is a powdered paint applied electro statically by spraying it under pressure. It is applied cold, then baked at 400 degrees for 20 minutes. This baking melts the evenly sprayed powder onto the bare metal part providing a flat, satin, or shiny surface which is more durable than normal paint processes. It is considered to be the high-end type of painting which always provides a smooth extremely long-lasting surface at a low cost.

Media blasting is performed with high pressurized plastic particles which strip off old paint or body filler. The result is a clean item which has been stripped to the bare metal providing an acceptable surface to which any paint can adhere. It is gentler on an item but does not remove hard encrusted rust.
We use sand blasting to remove the hard-encrusted paint and rust from any metallic surface.

We specialize in expert painting of almost any design which can be placed on automobiles, trikes, signs, you name it and we'll try it. Our custom painter is an artist in his own right, and can provide a design if you don't have your own. All our work is performed with pride and precision.
